3. Payment Authorization
Upon placing an order, the payment method will be authorized, and you will be charged for the order. In case of any issues with authorization, we will contact you to verify the payment details.
4. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please keep this email for your records. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Availability: COD is available for select products and locations. If eligible, you will see the option during checkout.
- Charges: A nominal fee may be applied for COD orders. The amount will be displayed at checkout.
- Verification: We may contact you to confirm your COD order before dispatch.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a full refund will be processed. For orders canceled after dispatch, please refer to our return policy.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
- Failed Transactions: If your payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
7. Currency
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
8. Taxes
All prices listed on Hojo.in include applicable taxes as per Indian law.
9. Disputes
Any disputes related to payments should be reported to our customer support within 48 hours of the transaction.
