Return Policy

At Hojo Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please carefully review our return policy below:

We offer refunds only in case the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to use the product, or do not like the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that product opening video is mandatory to claim any damaged product received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at hojo.in. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.

Refunds
If Your order is not dispatched you may email us or our contact number +918097995159, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
