1. How do you ship your products?

2. How soon do you ship my order?

We prioritize processing your orders quickly and efficiently. Here’s how it works:

  • Within 24 hours, we verify your order details for accuracy, including your address and contact information.
  • Once verified, your package is packed and handed over to our courier partner.
  • A tracking link will be shared with you within 24 hours of creating the shipment.
  • You can track your package live, and delivery will occur as per the courier’s estimated date.

3. Can you guarantee delivery time?

  • Mumbai: Next-day delivery is available.
  • Other Locations: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

4. What do you mean by working day?

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding:

  • National holidays
  • Election days
  • Local holidays

5. Do you provide open box delivery?

Due to the affordability of our products, we currently do not offer open box delivery.


6. I need urgent delivery tomorrow. Can you deliver?

  • For urgent next-day delivery: Available only in Mumbai if the order is placed before 10:00 AM.
  • For other locations: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate next-day delivery requests at this time.

7. My parcel is delayed according to the courier tracking. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any delay. Please contact us via WhatsApp chat, and we will immediately raise a ticket with the courier company to expedite your delivery.
