Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. Returned product can only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns in case of buyer is not satisfied with the product, or does not need the product, or is unsatisfied with the performance of the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.

How To cancel an order:

All orders placed on hojo.in are dispatched within 24 hours. Buyer can cancel order if order is not shipped. Once shipped order can be cancelled but shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Damaged on Arrival:

We take full responsibility for damaged items. We need PARCEL OPENING VIDEO as soon as you receive the product, to honor damaged on arrival claims. Also claim has to raised with 24 hours of receiving the parcel. In case claim is raised post this period we cannot honor such claims. As soon as you receive the parcel please take a package opening video, if it is damaged please send us a message on Phone +91 8097995159 or email admin@hojo.in.Once we receive your claim, we will arrange pickup and replace the damaged product with new product at our cost

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and helps you get the item you want more quickly.

They Changed Their Mind:

We do offer refunds in case buyer has changed their mind, this is in case Order is not dispatched: in this case we will refund 100% of the order value to the buyer. This policy does not apply to custom made items. After order is dispatched we can only offer a replacement in case of manufacturing defects.
